This place was amazing. Starting of with Lina up front. She gave me a wonderful tour of the entire place, took time to explain all the different packages, and was consistently hospitable during every interaction. Nestor cut my hair, took his time, was wonderful to speak with, and did a great job! Highly recommend this shop!!!

From the moment I walked in, it felt more like a high end lounge than a grooming shop, leather chairs, calm lighting, and a laid back, masculine vibe. I got a manicure, pedicure, and facial, and every service was top tier. The staff really knew what they were doing, made me feel comfortable the whole time, and paid attention to every detail. It’s the perfect place for guys who want to take care of themselves without losing that classy, chill atmosphere. Definitely not your average barbershop, this is a men’s sanctuary. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re anywhere near Greenwich.

My experiences at this location of Hammer & Nails has been absolutely fantastic! From Lina and Paige at the front counter welcoming you in, to the hair cuts I have gotten with both Satish and Caprice. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and that you receive the best possible experience. Absolute excellence.

Had a great experience at Hammer & Nails. Caprice was my barber and made the whole visit feel comfortable right from the start, which made a big difference since it was my first time there. I came in with some basic ideas for my haircut, and Caprice really elevated it - offering helpful guidance and delivering a clean, sharp result. The conversation was easy and enjoyable, and the cut itself came out exactly how I wanted (if not better). I left feeling confident and will definitely be coming back. Also shoutout to Lyna at the front desk….she was warm, welcoming, and set the tone for a great visit. The shop itself is super clean and has a more elevated, polished vibe than your typical barbershop. Highly recommend.

Been a member here since very close to opening. Always a great experience. Was in there yesterday, was greeted by Lina who was very friendly and welcoming. Went to Scott for my haircut. He takes his time and does a great job making sure it is what you want.
